Introduction
1.1. Swan Studio is located in Foz do Arelho, Portugal, and offers Pilates and Yoga classes and related services and products.
1.2. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Services
2.1. We provide classes, workshops, and related services that can be booked through our website.
2.2. All classes and services are subject to availability.
Registration and Account Security
3.1. To access certain features of our website, you may need to register for an account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
4.1. Payments for classes, memberships, and products can be made through our website.
4.2. Memberships: Your monthly membership is charged at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically each month on the billing date shown in your purchase confirmation. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid billing period. You can cancel at any time by emailing alonitree@gmail.com. To stop the next renewal, your cancellation must reach us before the next renewal charge is due. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you may use your membership until then. We will confirm the cancellation and end date by email. A cancellation received in time stops renewal even if we process or confirm it later. This does not affect statutory withdrawal, refunds, or rights to end the contract earlier.
4.3. Class Passes & Single Sessions: Must be used within the stated validity period.
4.4. Failure to Attend: Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or credits.
4.5. Studio Cancellations: If we cancel a class, we will restore the class credit or offer another suitable class by agreement. For a separately paid class that we cancel, you may choose a refund instead. If we cannot provide the services promised under your membership or pack, we will explain the options and provide any refund, price reduction, suspension or right to terminate required by law. You do not have to accept credit instead of a refund to which you are legally entitled.
4.6. Refunds: Except where these terms or the law give you a refund or another remedy, we do not provide change-of-mind refunds for unused sessions, expired packs or ordinary mid-period membership cancellation where the agreed services were available and properly supplied. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for services not supplied or not properly supplied, or other mandatory consumer rights.
4.7. Cancellation fee: Where a membership is cancelled after it has started, a cancellation fee of €5 applies, unless the cancellation is due to our failure to provide the services or another right you have under law. The fee is shown here before you purchase.
4.8. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair, consistent, and smooth-running studio environment for all.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
5.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings up to 12 hours before the session start time.
5.2. After this period, cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted, and the session will be considered used.
5.3. No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
5.4. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all clients and effective class scheduling.
User Responsibilities
6.1. By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activities or to violate any applicable laws.
6.2. You agree to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Swan Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for harm to life, physical or moral integrity, or health. Your statutory rights and remedies for failure to provide, or defects in, our services remain available.
Changes to Terms
9.1. The terms and price agreed at purchase apply to your purchase. Changes published on our website apply to new purchases from the stated effective date and do not retrospectively change an existing purchase.
9.2. We will not change the price or material terms of your existing membership without your express agreement, except where a change is required by applicable law. We will explain any proposed change and its effective date before asking you to agree. Continuing to visit our website or attend classes does not, by itself, mean that you agree to a change. Your rights under Portuguese consumer law remain unchanged. 
Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
