Registration and Account Security

Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

4.1. Payments for classes, memberships, and products can be made through our website.

4.2. Memberships: All memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused sessions or mid-cycle cancellations. Members must cancel their membership before their next billing date to avoid future charges.

4.3. Class Passes & Single Sessions: Non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

4.4. Failure to Attend: Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or credits.

4.5. Studio Cancellations: In the event that Swan Studio cancels a scheduled class, affected clients will be offered a rescheduling option or credit for a future session.

4.6. Exceptions: In rare cases where Swan Studio issues a refund at its discretion, a €5 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction and administrative costs.

4.7. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair, consistent, and smooth-running studio environment for all.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

5.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings up to 12 hours before the session start time.

5.2. After this period, cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted, and the session will be considered used.

5.3. No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

5.4. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all clients and effective class scheduling.

User Responsibilities
