Welcome to Swan Studio, a boutique wellness space in the beautiful coastal town of Foz do Arelho, Portugal. Our studio is the realization of a lifelong dream—to help people move, feel better, and live pain-free through mindful movement.

We offer a variety of classes, including Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, and Yoga, each designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Movement is more than just exercise—it’s a way of life. Keeping the body in motion helps prevent pain, boosts energy, and enhances physical and mental health. In the future, we’ll also introduce special wellness events to further support your journey.

Tal – Founder & Reformer Pilates Instructor

Certified in Reformer and Mat Pilates, Tal tailors each session to suit clients of all backgrounds—whether athletes, older adults, or those looking to enhance their strength and flexibility. Her approach focuses on injury recovery, body toning, and improving overall movement, guiding clients toward a pain-free, active lifestyle with personalized attention and expert support.

Garry - Yoga Instructor

With a 300-hour TTC certification, Garry creates inclusive yoga sessions that blend functional movement, breathwork, and meditation. Drawing from multiple traditions, she ensures accessibility for all levels, fostering strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Her background in teaching arts and horticulture informs her holistic approach, making each class both grounding and transformative.

Lily - Vinyasa Yoga Instructor

Vinyasa captivated me from my first flow almost 20 years ago—a beautiful dance where breath and movement become one. As a teacher, I strive to create a space where strength and stillness coexist, allowing students to find their own balance and inner peace. Through my practice, I've learned to listen to and honor my body's wisdom, and I'm excited to guide you on a similar journey toward greater awareness and balance—both on and off the mat.

In our busy lives, I believe Pilates is more than just a workout- it’s a moment to connect with the body, the breath, and the mind. As a certified Pilates instructor, I focus on mindful movement, flow, and control, ensuring that each student can find the pace and challenge that suits them- whether they’re just starting out or looking to deepen their practice.
