Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any membership, class pass, or session at Swan Studio, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our policies. All memberships are billed automatically each month until canceled, and it is the responsibility of the member to manage their bookings and cancellations according to the stated terms. Swan Studio reserves the right to update policies as needed, with notice provided to members.

All services, including Pilates Reformer, Mat Yoga, and Pilates Mat classes, are subject to availability. Members are responsible for booking their sessions in advance, and unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the membership terms.

No-Refund Policy

Swan Studio maintains a strict no-refund policy for all memberships, class passes, and single-session purchases.

  • Memberships: All memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused sessions or mid-cycle cancellations. Members must cancel before their next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Class Passes & One-Time Sessions: All single-session purchases and short-term passes (e.g., 7-Day Trial, One-Time Pass) are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Failure to Attend: Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. It is the member's responsibility to book and attend sessions within the specified time frames.

  • Studio Purchases: Health drinks, merchandise, and other studio purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases where Swan Studio chooses to issue a refund, a €5 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction and administrative costs.
